Job Summary

The Sales Verifier is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of sales transactions and customer information, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the sales team by verifying compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound calls to customers to verify sales orders, customer details, and product/service information.
* Review recorded sales calls and documentation to confirm adherence to sales scripts, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.
* Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or fraudulent activities in sales transactions.
* Document verification results accurately and comprehensively in the company's systems.
* Collaborate with Operations to resolve identified issues and ensure timely correction of data.
* Provide constructive feedback to sales teams regarding compliance and data accuracy.
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security at all times.
* Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and verification best practices.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of verification processes and procedures.
