The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Sales Representative (m/f/*) for the Commercial Branding and Transportation Division for North-East Germany, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Rolling out a sales division strategy for the converters market in Germany (north-east) and by increasing market share with existing and prospect customers by positioning 3M as the preferred graphic films partner and selling the 3M brand and technologies
  • Strengthening customer relationships with converters, with special focus on loyalty program expansion
  • Engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. Technical Support, Marketing, Distribution Sales Team, Key Account Team) to identify, win and manage new projects
  • Representing 3M on relevant fairs or customer events
  • Sharing market trends and best practices within the 3M organization

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • Proven B2B sales experience selling technical products
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated individual with self-starter mentality
  • Willingness to travel extensively in the region of north-east Germany (>3 days/week)
  • Fluent German as well as good English language skills are a must
  • Experience of using CRM systems to plan, manage and document sales activities

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience or knowledge of graphics market and/or related product solutions is beneficial
  • Experience of working in a large and complex corporate environment is welcome

Travel: May include up to max 80%
