The Opportunity

We're hiring a Sales Representative to help operators understand how Fractional scales their ability to raise capital and grow their business. This is a warm inbound seat, not a cold-calling grind. You'll get roughly 100+ qualified leads a month from ads, conferences, and community partnerships, and your job is to convert them.

You'll run consultative, video-based discovery calls with sophisticated buyers: operators, founders, and fund managers. You'll present the Fractional model, handle real objections around compliance and structure, and close high-ticket deals, sometimes on the first call, sometimes over a multi-call cycle. You'll be coached hard by a dedicated sales coach every week and expected to improve fast. What You'll Do

• Run consultative, discovery-led video calls with operators, founders, fund managers, and other sophisticated prospects, walking them through a live platform demo tailored to their situation
• Ask for the sale, directly and without hesitation
• Own a multi-call sales cycle from first conversation to close, including follow-up and re-nurture of your full pipeline
• Confidently explain a complex, compliance-heavy product, and know when to loop in the team for technical or legal depth
• Work reactivation and dormant pipeline alongside new inbound leads
• Track and hit activity and close-rate targets, and be ready to talk specifics on your numbers
• Take coaching seriously and apply it on the very next call

Requirements

What You Bring

• 3+ years closing high-ticket B2B deals ($5K+ deal size), with a real, specific close rate you can talk through in detail
• Experience with multi-call, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and the instinct to know when to go for the one-call close
• A track record selling to sophisticated buyers, not mass-market consumers, and the confidence to hold your own in that conversation
• Follow-up discipline. Nothing sits in your pipeline without a next step and a reason for it
• The ability to get up to speed fast on a complex product and industry, and explain it simply, even while a sharp prospect is stress-testing you live
• A discovery-first mindset. You ask more than you tell, and you don't rush to solve before you understand the prospect
• Coachability. You take feedback well and don't get defensive when a call gets picked apart
• High energy, real conviction on the phone, and a genuine hunger to grind in a startup environment

Nice to Have

• Background in real estate, business acquisitions, finance, or capital markets
• Experience in syndications, fund administration, private equity, or fintech
