Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Present and explain Aflac’s product offerings clearly and persuasively. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in sales, preferably within insurance, financial services, or related fields. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and excellent time management. Comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
