Drive sales and market expansion for electronic component product lines within the Malaysia region, targeting EMS/ODM and industrial/automotive clients. Manage the full sales cycle from product introduction and technical support to order processing and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales and market expansion of the company’s electronic component product lines within the Malaysia region.
- Drive growth by acquiring and managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including EMS/ODM partners and industrial/automotive leaders, alongside optimizing local distribution channels
- Promote company product lines, provide product introductions, technical solution support, quotations, project follow-ups, and commercial negotiations.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and manage the full process of orders, delivery, and payment collection.
- Gather market trends, competitor information, and customer requirements, reporting regularly to the reporting line.
- Coordinate with Headquarters and the FAE (Field Application Engineer) team to drive key projects to completion and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree or above; majors in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation are preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor, electronic component, or Memory/MCU sales.
- Familiarity with the Malaysia electronics manufacturing, consumer electronics, industrial control, or automotive electronics markets is preferred.
- Possess basic product understanding; knowledge of Memory IC or MCU products is a plus.
- Fluent in English for independent business communication; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Goal-oriented with high stress tolerance; willing to travel within Malaysia.
