Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage the EU Tier 2 sales pipeline from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the EU Tier 2 sales pipeline end-to-end, ensuring consistent progress and revenue delivery

  • Lead and complete partner onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with business goals

  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline visibility with high-quality data

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales: quota achievement, personal deals, and clear processes from first contact to close

  • Self-sufficiency: Ability to work independently and organize your day without oversight

  • Knowledge in fintech/crypto: Understand onramp mechanics, competitors, and partner business logic

  • Experience working in EU Tier 1/2 markets (Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland)

  • Languages: English

  • Ability to set your own agenda with minimal oversight

  • Capacity to independently navigate the product, CRM, and processes within the first 30 days
