As a Sales Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage the EU Tier 2 sales pipeline from start to finish. You'll independently handle deals, nurturing them from lead qualification to closing. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on revenue delivery while working fully remote. Manage the EU Tier 2 sales pipeline end-to-end, ensuring consistent progress and revenue delivery
Proactively source new opportunities and qualify leads to maintain a healthy pipeline
Lead and complete partner onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with business goals
Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline visibility with high-quality data
Proven track record in sales: quota achievement, personal deals, and clear processes from first contact to close
Self-sufficiency: Ability to work independently and organize your day without oversight
Knowledge in fintech/crypto: Understand onramp mechanics, competitors, and partner business logic
Experience working in EU Tier 1/2 markets (Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland)
Languages: English
Ability to set your own agenda with minimal oversight
Capacity to independently navigate the product, CRM, and processes within the first 30 days
Adaptability to fast-paced B2B crypto/fintech environments
