On behalf of Logistics Client #1, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Inside Sales SDR to handle inbound leads, qualify customers, and help move opportunities through the pipeline. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers who request moving services, and your job is to engage quickly, ask the right questions, and convert interest into booked business. If you’re friendly, sharp, confident on the phone, and love winning deals — this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with inbound leads (warm leads, not cold calling)
  • Qualify customers by understanding their move details, timeline, and needs
  • Build trust fast and deliver a great customer experience
  • Schedule and coordinate next steps to close the deal
  • Keep accurate notes and updates in the CRM
  • Follow up consistently until the customer books or clearly declines
  • Hit weekly and monthly activity + conversion targets

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of SDR / BDR / inside sales experience (lead qualification or lead scoring)
  • Strong phone presence — confident, friendly, and persuasive
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people quickly
  • Organized and reliable follow-up habits
  • Hungry to learn, improve, and earn more through performance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume leads

Advantages:

  • Experience in the moving industry, logistics, home services, or related sales
  • CRM experience (any system is fine)
