The Sales Director - Built Environment is responsible for leading and delivering the sector sales strategy to drive revenue growth, maximise gross profit, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement sector sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Lead, develop, and manage the sector sales team to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, category, and commercial teams to deliver an effective go-to-market strategy.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Own customer pricing strategy across all segments in collaboration with the Commercial team.
  • Lead engagement on key “must win” projects and strategic opportunities.
  • Oversee sales forecasting and contribute to the S&OP process.
  • Represent the business at industry events and external organisations to influence the sector landscape.
  • Foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
