As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the driving force behind our success by uncovering new business opportunities and turning them into valuable relationships. Your mission? To engage, excite, and qualify potential customers, setting the stage for our sales team to close the deal.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identify and generate a steady stream of leads, fueling our sales pipeline.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting with creativity and persistence to uncover new opportunities.

  • Dive deep into potential clients' needs, ensuring they’re a perfect fit for Turpal’s solutions.

  • Connect with prospects through phone, email, social media, and more, making every interaction count.

  • Be the expert on Turpal’s innovative solutions, educating prospects on how we can transform their business.

  • Schedule high-impact meetings and appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.

  • Work hand-in-hand with our Sales team to smash targets and exceed goals.

  • Collaborate with other teams to brainstorm and implement groundbreaking strategies for lead generation and qualification.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a similar role, with B2B experience in one or more of the following sectors: Travel Technology Solutions, SaaS (Software as a Service) for businesses (B2B experience is a must).

  • Cold Calling Champion is a must-have.

  • A Bachelor’s degree is essential; a Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with IT tools including Microsoft Office/Google Suite and CRM systems (like Hubspot).

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with ease.

  • Startup-minded professional who excels in dynamic settings, embraces change, and adapts with agility.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Professional to Fluent English and Turkey
