Role Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will drive new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting, cold calling, and strategic meeting booking across multiple channels. This role sits at the top of the revenue engine, qualifying prospects and handing off pipeline-ready opportunities to the closing sales team. The SDR is a critical growth driver, directly impacting the company's ability to scale.

Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Lead Generation & Cold Calling

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate qualified leads and book meetings with target prospects.

  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn to maximize prospect engagement.

  • Research and identify potential prospects aligned with the company's ideal customer profile (ICP).

 

Lead Qualification & Meeting Booking

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria and organizational fit.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team with precision and follow-through.

  • Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and follow-up activity in CRM systems.

 

Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Manage and track leads through the full qualification process from first touch to handoff.

  • Update Salesforce or HubSpot CRM with accurate prospect data and interaction history.

  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activity, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics to team leadership.

Qualifications — Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, outbound sales, or SDR roles.

  • Proven track record in cold calling and outbound lead generation with measurable results.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Proficiency with sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach platforms.

  • Highly proficient English with a neutral or light accent — client-facing communication is a core part of this role.

  • Strong communicator with the interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with prospects quickly.

  • Resilient and persistent — comfortable handling rejection and maintaining professionalism under pressure.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to consistently hit and exceed targets.

  • Detail-focused with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets.

  • High-quality prospect interactions that convert into qualified pipeline opportunities for the sales team.

  • A well-organized, actively managed sales pipeline with systematic and timely follow-ups.

  • Strong conversion rates from initial outbound contact through to booked meetings.
