Our marketing consistently generates qualified inbound leads, and we're looking for driven Sales Development Representatives to connect with those prospects and schedule appointments for our advisory team.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients who have already expressed interest in learning more about Wealth Without Wall Street.
These aren't cold calls.
Our prospects have requested information and are expecting to hear from our team. Your role is to quickly connect with them, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments with our advisors.
Success comes from consistency, urgency, and a genuine desire to help people take the next step toward financial freedom.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and excited to build a long-term career in sales.
Experience in high-ticket sales, inside sales, solar, insurance, home services, or business development is a plus.

Here is the whole path, nothing hidden. Two steps to apply, three interviews to earn the seat.
Application. Complete our formal application and answer all 15 questions. Treat them like the first sales call they are, thorough and specific. One-line answers tell us exactly how you would treat a prospect, so do the work.
Personality test. Once your application is in, you complete a short personality assessment. No right or wrong answers. It is how you qualify for the first interview, so it is not a step to skip.
First interview, culture fit. We get to know the real you and find out whether this is a place you would thrive.
Second interview, skill assessment. If you advance, you show us you can do the job, usually with a short role-play. This is where the real setters separate from the talkers.
Final interview, company alignment. The last conversation is about direction. We make sure your goals and ours point the same way, because long-term only works when they do.
