BrightPlan is a leader in Total Financial Wellness, delivering a comprehensive global solution that supports employees' financial health at every stage of life. Our platform combines digital tools, human financial advisors, and AI-powered coaching to help employees make better financial decisions and improve outcomes.
We are a remote-first SaaS company building practical, scalable solutions for enterprise clients around the world. Our team values accountability, curiosity, thoughtful execution, and continuous learning.
BrightPlan is looking for a Revenue Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated demand generation and go-to-market programs that support pipeline creation and revenue growth across our direct and partner sales channels.
Reporting to the CMO, you'll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to translate business objectives into measurable marketing programs. You'll build and execute campaigns across multiple channels, support strategic partner initiatives, develop campaign content and assets, and use data to understand what's working and where we can improve.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role for a marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll move comfortably between planning and execution - developing demand generation programs, launching campaigns, creating campaign content, analyzing performance, and collaborating closely with Sales and strategic partners.
We're also actively incorporating AI into how we work. We're looking for someone who is curious about emerging tools and eager to use AI thoughtfully to work faster, expand internal capabilities, and improve the effectiveness of our marketing programs.
· Partner with direct sales and channel leadership to develop quarterly and annual demand generation plans that support pipeline growth, bookings targets, and long-term market growth
· Build collaborative go-to-market plans that support enterprise sales motions, strategic partner channels, and account expansion
· Translate company revenue objectives into measurable marketing programs and pipeline contribution goals
· Identify growth opportunities across target segments, buyer personas, partner channels, and vertical markets
· Own the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, webinars, events, paid media, content syndication, nurture programs, and account-based marketing initiatives
· Independently launch, manage, and optimize campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance tracking, while collaborating with internal teams and external resources
· Drive cross-functional execution through proactive collaboration, disciplined project management, and clear communication
· Develop campaign content and supporting assets, including messaging, presentations, case studies, and other sales-facing materials, using market knowledge, marketing expertise, and AI-enabled tools
· Develop scalable partner marketing programs that increase engagement, co-selling opportunities, and partner-sourced pipeline
· Collaborate with brokers, consultants, strategic alliances, and ecosystem partners on joint go-to-market initiatives
· Create partner enablement materials, co-branded assets, and campaign toolkits that support partner success
· Track campaign performance, marketing-sourced pipeline, partner engagement, ROI, and contribution to bookings goals
· Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness
· Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing leadership to improve lead management, campaign attribution, funnel performance, and reporting visibility
· Gather insights from customers, prospects, Sales, and partners to refine messaging, campaign effectiveness, and go-to-market strategy
· Leverage AI tools to improve campaign development, content creation, audience segmentation, workflow automation, reporting, and overall marketing efficiency
· Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, expand internal capabilities, and use AI to improve efficiency and reduce reliance on external resources where appropriate
· Explore emerging AI-enabled marketing tools and identify opportunities to enhance team productivity while maintaining brand quality and compliance
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
· 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, HR tech, employee benefits, or a related industry
· Experience supporting both direct enterprise sales teams and channel or partner sales organizations
· Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a lean, fast-paced marketing organization
· Demonstrated success developing and measuring demand generation strategies tied to pipeline and revenue goals
· Hands-on experience executing integrated campaigns across multiple marketing channels
· Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise sales motions
· Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
