RevOps & CRM Specialist (Part-time to full-time)

Salary: R23 000 to R25 000 per month, rising to R45 000 per month when the role goes full time

A UK revenue operations consultancy is hiring a HubSpot specialist in Cape Town. Twenty hours a week to start, going full time in around two months at R45 000 a month, owning the CRM on a live client account.

Role overview

You will take over the hands-on HubSpot work that the consultancy's founder currently does himself. He stays close on strategy and project management. You run the platform day to day so the client has support every working day rather than two days a week.

This starts at 20 hours a week, ideally four hours a day across five days so the client always has cover. The plan is to move you to full time in around two months at R45 000 a month as the client base grows. If you want reduced hours for the next while and full time after that, this is built for you.

The team is Cape Town based and meets in person. You will have regular catch-ups and hot-desk alongside them, so this is a Cape Town role, not a work-from-anywhere one.

Key responsibilities

Own the day-to-day HubSpot build on one client account: workflows, properties, lists, pipelines, forms and dashboards

Be the client's point of contact inside agreed working hours, every working day

Keep CRM data clean through imports, deduplication, segmentation and regular audits

Build and pull reporting for the client's marketing and sales teams

Document what has been configured and why

Raise anything strategic or commercial with the founder rather than deciding alone

Requirements

Hands-on HubSpot experience: you have built workflows, custom properties, lists and reports, not just used the system

Practical CRM data skills across imports, deduplication, segmentation and reporting

The confidence to hold a relationship with a UK client directly

Availability for 20 hours a week inside UK business hours now, and full time later

Based in Cape Town, or close enough to join the team in person

Nice to have

HubSpot certifications, particularly Marketing Hub, Sales Hub or Data Management

Experience in B2B marketing or sales operations

Agency or consultancy experience, where the client is someone else's
