✨ Resource Management Specialist
What You’ll Do

Manage firmwide resource scheduling and staffing to ensure teams are effectively assigned and workloads are balanced

Monitor resource utilization, availability, and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving staffing challenges

Analyze scheduling, utilization, and workforce data to support forecasting and operational decision-making

Partner with leaders across the organization to align staffing strategies with business needs and project demands.

Coordinate onboarding schedules, training activities, and resource planning for new team members

Organize continuing professional education (CPE) programs, compliance tracking, and development opportunities to support employee growth.
💼 What You Bring
- Associates degree or equivalent related experience required, some college preferred.
- 3-5 years in a professional services role with project management or HR experience, or 1-2 years in resource planning/coordinating.
- Availability for overtime during busy season, as needed.
- Willingness to travel approximately <5%.

- Strong service orientation, adaptability, and ability to manage change.
- Capable of interacting with employees at all levels, including partners.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Preferred: Experience with resourcing software
