The Audit Director of Practice Operations leads day-to-day department operations, executing strategies to support service delivery, KPIs, and continuous improvement. They partner with leadership to manage revenue goals, resource allocation, and staffing plans while ensuring adherence to quality standards and firm initiatives.

The Audit Senior Manager reviews and evaluates internal operational and management control systems to improve organizational performance. They also coordinate with leadership to ensure project deadlines are met and actively participate in the planning process.

Lead and optimize the revenue operations strategy by maximizing the HubSpot platform and building actionable reporting models. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership to improve lead management, pipeline processes, and overall growth efficiency.

The consultant provides software support, maintenance, and data conversions for clients. They are also responsible for planning and executing system implementations and maintaining software certifications.

Manage day-to-day financial reporting and ensure the accuracy of client data through account classifications and reconciliations. Maintain organized financial records and perform routine audits of transactional data and system functionality.
