Our Products Liability Practice Group

We defend product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers as trial and global coordinating counsel in product liability and toxic tort cases. Our clients lead cutting-edge industries, such as AI/robotics, automotive and autonomous vehicles, consumer products, food and wine, connected products, medical devices, pharmaceutical, retail and cosmetics, and technology. We understand the dynamic legal and regulatory landscape and provide creative solutions so our clients can stay ahead of the plaintiffs’ bar.

Who You Are

You are a high performer with at least 6+ years of experience looking for a reduced schedule (1,400 hours), remote, non-partnership track position with the following:

• Products Liability or Commercial Litigation (required)
• Manages cases with a high degree of autonomy
• You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent client service skills
• Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery
• Managing document collection, review, and production
• Causation and/or failure analysis
• Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills
• You are an active member of the bar in the state in which you reside and in a state in which we have an office or are eligible to waive into one of those states.
• Willing to work on west coast time if not located in the west coast region of the U.S.

Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

For all locations where this position is posted the annual salary is $150,000.
