Remote Mortgage Customer Service Representative (NC Residents Only)

Pay: $16/hour base + performance bonuses (top performers earn more)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | Assigned shifts between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM MT

Location: 100% Remote – NC residents only

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls from homeowners with professionalism and efficiency
  • Assist with payments, escrow accounts, account status, and other servicing inquiries
  • Deliver clear, high-quality customer service
  • Document all interactions accurately in our systems
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed
  • Maintain strict compliance when handling sensitive financial information

 This is a high-focus, back-to-back call environment where consistency, time management, and attention to detail are key.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service and communication skills (phone-based experience preferred)
  • Ability to stay focused and productive in a remote setting
  • Comfortable managing continuous inbound calls
  • Coachable, open to feedback, and committed to growth
  • Basic computer skills and ease navigating multiple systems

 We’re seeking people who take ownership, stay disciplined, and follow through on commitments.
