About the Client

Our client is a lean, founder-led mobile app studio building and growing multiple apps. The team consists of four co-founders and a small group of contractors, with a hands-on approach to running the business.

They are looking to bring on an experienced Mobile App Media Buyer to take ownership of paid acquisition across two apps, currently generating approximately $50K in combined monthly ad spend. This is an opportunity to work directly with the founders, operate with significant autonomy, and make a meaningful impact on the growth of their apps.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Mobile App Media Buyer to manage paid acquisition campaigns across two mobile apps within a growing app studio.

The role will take full ownership of two Meta ad accounts currently generating approximately $50K in combined monthly ad spend. You'll be responsible for managing campaign performance, optimizing acquisition efforts, testing new strategies, and making data-driven decisions to drive growth.

This is an opportunity for an experienced media buyer who enjoys working independently, taking initiative, and owning campaign performance without constant oversight. You'll work closely with the founding team while having the autonomy to manage campaigns and make day-to-day decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across two mobile app accounts.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key acquisition metrics to ensure campaigns meet growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies, including audience testing, creative testing, budget allocation, and scaling.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed optimization decisions.
  • Troubleshoot performance fluctuations and proactively identify solutions to campaign challenges.
  • Test new creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to improve acquisition efficiency.
  • Manage approximately $50K in combined monthly ad spend across both apps.
  • Maintain clear communication with the founding team, sharing performance updates, insights, and recommendations.
  • Take ownership of campaign execution and continuously improve performance through experimentation and data analysis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns for mobile apps.
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience managing small-to-medium-sized advertising budgets and multiple ad accounts.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, creative testing, optimization, and scaling.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and translate insights into actionable decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership of campaign performance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot campaign issues independently and make decisions without constant guidance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with founders.
  • Availability to work full-time remotely with some overlap with U.S. working hours.

Benefits

  • Performance bonus available
  • Potential total monthly earnings: approximately $5,000–$6,000, depending on performance and the bonus structure agreed upon.
