AI Summary

The consultant will research and curate personalized luxury travel experiences, including resorts, cruises, and excursions, based on client preferences and budgets. They are responsible for managing reservation details, coordinating special requests, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.

We are seeking polished, service-minded individuals who are interested in helping clients plan elevated vacation experiences. The Remote Luxury Escape Consultant works with couples and adult travelers seeking honeymoons, anniversaries, romantic getaways, milestone celebrations, premium cruises, or adults-only resort vacations.

Luxury planning is not simply recommending the most expensive property. It requires understanding what the client values and identifying the experience that best matches those expectations. One client may want privacy and relaxation, while another may prioritize gourmet dining, nightlife, spa services, or exclusive excursions.

Training is provided, and previous travel-industry experience is not required.

Your Role in the Client Experience

You will begin with a detailed conversation about the occasion, preferred atmosphere, destination interests, budget, and desired level of service. From there, you will research a carefully selected group of options rather than presenting an overwhelming list.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching adults-only resorts, luxury hotels, premium cruises, suites, and upgraded accommodations.
  • Comparing dining, entertainment, spa services, beaches, excursions, and property amenities.
  • Reviewing packages for included services and upgrade opportunities.
  • Preparing professional and personalized recommendations.
  • Explaining the value and differences between the strongest options.
  • Assisting with reservation procedures and verifying all confirmation details.
  • Coordinating available transfers, special requests, excursions, and celebration extras.
  • Monitoring deposits, payment deadlines, and documentation requirements.
  • Providing preparation reminders and relevant destination information.
  • Maintaining confidential client information and detailed reservation records.
  • Following up with prospective clients and previous travelers.
  • Staying current on destinations, properties, cruise products, and supplier updates.
  • Developing long-term client relationships and referral opportunities.
