Job Description

Build an insurance career without spending your day driving from appointment to appointment. Our Remote Insurance Sales Representatives meet with families virtually to educate them about life and supplemental insurance options and help qualified clients complete enrollment.

This is a sales position, but the approach is consultative and education-focused. Representatives ask questions, identify client needs, explain available options, and help clients make their own coverage decisions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with company-provided leads
• Conduct Zoom insurance consultations
• Complete needs assessments
• Present appropriate benefit options
• Answer coverage questions
• Complete electronic insurance applications
• Follow up with clients
• Maintain professional client relationships
• Attend virtual sales and product training
• Meet individual production goals

Required Qualifications

• Age 18+
• U.S. residency
• Computer and reliable internet
• Professional communication ability
• Comfortable presenting virtually
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Life and Health insurance license or willingness to obtain one

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales experience
• Customer service experience
• Insurance background
• Account management experience
• Experience working toward performance goals

No previous insurance experience is required for entry-level applicants.

Compensation

This is a commission-only 1099 independent contractor opportunity. There is no hourly wage or base salary.

Commission is paid weekly on eligible completed business. Additional opportunities include performance bonuses and residual income.

Training and Career Development

Representatives receive product, presentation, systems, and professional development training.

Qualified representatives may pursue leadership and management opportunities as they develop.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
