We are seeking a customer-centric professional to serve as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor. In this capacity, you will act as the vital communication bridge between patients, medical technology, and support infrastructure, ensuring exceptional care delivery from a remote home office setting anywhere in Portugal.

Core Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Client Interaction: Deliver professional, clear, and reassuring guidance to clients navigating complex diabetes care technology and therapeutic supplies.
• Inquiry Resolution: Efficiently process inbound inquiries, execute technical troubleshooting for medical devices, and maintain structured customer accounts.
• Compliance & Standards: Adhere strictly to institutional guidelines, medical privacy laws, and internal quality metrics.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing coaching sessions and feedback loops to optimize service quality and patient satisfaction ratings.

Candidate Specifications & Qualifications

• Linguistic Competence: Professional fluency in Dutch (C1/Native level) alongside professional proficiency (B2) in English.
• Geographical Mandate: Mandatory legal residency and physical presence in Portugal.
