Remote Client Services Specialist

GPARENCY is seeking a Remote Client Services Specialist to support clients throughout the commercial real estate financing process. This role is ideal for a highly organized, service focused professional who communicates clearly, follows through consistently, manages details carefully, and enjoys helping clients navigate a professional financial-services environment.

As a Client Services Specialist, you will serve as an important point of contact for clients while coordinating information, documentation, follow up, and communication across internal teams. You will help create a responsive, organized, and professional client experience while developing valuable knowledge of commercial real estate finance, client relationship management, transaction coordination, CRM systems, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for clients and prospective clients.
• Respond to client questions, requests, and follow ups in a timely and professional manner.
• Guide clients through next steps, information requirements, documentation, and applicable process milestones.
• Coordinate the collection, organization, and tracking of client information and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate client records, notes, tasks, communications, and follow up activities in company systems.
• Monitor outstanding requests and proactively follow up to help keep client activities moving forward.
• Coordinate communication among clients, financing professionals, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the organization and progression of commercial real estate financing opportunities.
• Identify missing information or potential issues and communicate them to the appropriate team member.
• Handle confidential business and financial information with discretion and professionalism.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Contribute ideas and feedback that can improve client communication, service quality, and internal processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client services, customer support, account coordination, financial services, real estate, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client requests.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, business software, and digital documentation.
• Strong follow-through and the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to learn commercial real estate finance concepts, terminology, and workfows.
• Professional judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Strong problem solving skills and a genuine commitment to providing a positive client experience.
