- Assist attorneys in managing asbestos litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant case information.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, medical experts, investigators, and other professionals.
- Paralegal certificate from an accredited program or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in asbestos litigation.
- Strong knowledge of asbestos laws and regulations in California.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
