What You’ll Do:

  • First Impressions & Support: Provide polite, empathetic, and professional assistance to our customers and teammates via phone, email, and text.
  • Crew & Job Scheduling: Act as the air traffic controller for our team by coordinating schedules and dispatching crews to where they are needed most.
  • Data Integrity: Perform detailed and accurate data entry to ensure all job files and customer records are perfectly up to date.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide vital daily administrative support and jump in to assist other departments as needed to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Workspace Organization: Keep our digital files organized and easily accessible.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional Communication: You have excellent people skills and a warm, professional phone and email presence.
  • Tech Savviness: You are highly proficient in Google Workspace and quick to learn new software.
  • Superb Organization: You have a natural knack for multi-tasking, prioritizing, and keeping details from falling through the cracks.
  • A Problem-Solving Mindset: You stay calm under pressure and love finding creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Administrative Experience: 3-5 years (preferred).
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the restoration industry & working with TPA's (preferred).
