Regional Recruiting Manager

Overview:

As a Regional Recruiting Manager, a part of the Associate Recruitment Department, you will serve as a subject matter expert in the development of recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment activity of multiple client sites, the primary focus is to provide front-line support in the areas of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of associates for all sites in the assigned geography. This role requires creativity to bring innovative solutions to support recruitment initiatives and action planning.

Essential Job Functions

• Conduct full cycle recruitment audits 
• Develops market based or regional partnerships to support recruiting efforts in the region
• Cultivates strong relationships with leadership and support teams ensuring that recruiting efforts are aligned with regional goals and objectives
• Leads a team of Field Recruiters in providing strategic direction and leading the development of execution plans for regional staffing efforts
• Monitors regional recruitment reports and recruiter dashboards to ensure the regional field recruiting team is meeting or exceeding performance standards
• Responsible for the training and development of all field-based recruitment positions within the region
• Establishes and maintains talent market expertise including comprehensive view of regional trends and competitor best practices
• Responsible for communicating and presenting regional recruiting data to client sites and regional operations leadership team
• Travel as required to sites in assigned region 

Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 3-4 years of experience in recruiting, operations management, or client relations
• Recruitment trends and forecasting experience
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong communications skills, both oral and written
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary Range: $61,331.19- $76,638.99 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.
