Overview

The Regional Manager of Recruiting Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full-cycle recruiting process for a region of PAM Health. This individual will lead a team of Talent Engagement Managers and Talent Acquisition Managers, collaborate with department heads, and ensure the recruitment strategy aligns with PAM Health’s growth objectives and vision. The role will focus on creating and implementing efficient, scalable recruiting processes while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of Talent Engagement Managers and Talent Acquisition Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to ensure team success.
  • Develop recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals across multiple departments and business units.
  • Establish and track recruitment KPIs, ensuring the team meets performance targets.

Recruitment Strategy & Process Improvement:

  • Create and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Analyze and streamline current recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with hiring managers, HR team and senior leadership to understand their recruitment needs and advise on best practices for hiring.
  • Provide guidance and training on effective interview techniques, candidate selection, and the overall recruitment process.
  • Act as a liaison between recruiters and department heads to ensure smooth communication and efficient hiring practices.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:

  • Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, ensuring clear communication and engagement with all candidates.
  • Develop and maintain employer branding initiatives to showcase the company as an employer of choice, including participation in job fairs, recruitment events, and social media presence.
  • Manage college affiliation agreements that are pertinent to the team and region.
  • Responsible for the recruiting of all leadership roles within the company.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Provide regular reports on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and more to senior leadership.
  • Use data to assess and improve recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Customer Service:

  • Maintains the highest level of customer service via courtesy, compassion and positive communication.
  • Promotes the Mission and Vision of PAM Health within the work environment and community.
  • Respects dignity and confidentiality by adherence to all applicable policies and procedures.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Oversee the budget for recruiting efforts and ensure that resources (e.g., staff or external agencies) are allocated efficiently.

Qualifications

Education and Training: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field highly preferred.

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with 2 years in a management or leadership role preferred. Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Experience managing and leading a recruiting team to meet hiring goals and deadlines highly preferred. Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment marketing platforms.
