The Regional Business Manager will develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales within the DC/Baltimore territory. They are responsible for building deep customer relationships, managing the sales process, and delivering technical presentations to support market expansion.

We are looking for a collaborative, self-driven Regional Business Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, driving and executing the commercial strategy within your defined territory. In this direct sales role you will develop deep customer relationships with a focus on Pharma and Biotech while also supporting Academic and Government accounts, establish the Seer technology for unbiased proteomics as the market leader, support the build out of Seer’s commercial organization and meet or exceed the commercial targets set for the company. This role will be field and home-office based.
