💼 About the Role

As a Recruiter, you will own the talent lifecycle from initial sourcing all the way to candidate offer acceptance. Serving as the primary "gatekeeper" of candidate quality, you will ensure every applicant matches our clients' high standards for technical skill, English fluency, and cultural alignment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 End-to-End Sourcing: Identify top-tier remote talent across job boards, social media, candidate databases, and professional networks.

• 🎙️ Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and deep-dive interviews to thoroughly evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit.

• 🗂️ Candidate & Pipeline Management: Maintain and organize active candidate pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely communication and zero drop-off.

• 🤝 Collaboration & Requirement Definition: Partner closely with hiring managers to define role specs and craft compelling recruitment postings.

• 📅 Logistics & Coordination: Schedule interview rounds, conduct reference checks, and facilitate background verifications.

• 💼 Negotiation & Offers: Extend formal employment offers and assist in salary negotiations to close star candidates.

✅ Qualifications & Skills

⭐ Core Requirements:

• Recruitment Experience: Proven track record of success as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.

• Sourcing Mastery: Hands-on experience navigating sourcing platforms, specialized job boards, and modern recruiting strategies.

• Interpersonal & Decision Skills: Outstanding communication skills with strong candidate judgment and an eye for identifying top talent under pressure.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.

🛠️ Required Tools & Software:

• ATS Proficiency: Experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Breezy, Greenhouse, or similar).

• Sourcing Platforms: Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and specialized remote job networks.

• AI Tool Literacy: Familiarity using ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to assist with job post drafting and outreach.

• Communication Suites: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets) and Slack/Zoom.
