About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Latin America to join our team and help us identify, interview, and evaluate high-quality candidates.

This is not just a sourcing or recruiting coordinator position. We need someone who is confident conducting interviews, assessing candidate quality, reviewing test assignments and trial projects, and making clear recommendations about whether a candidate should move forward in the hiring process.

What You'll Do

• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct structured interviews in English
• Evaluate candidates based on experience, communication, competencies, and overall fit
• Review and evaluate candidate test assignments, assessments, and trial projects
• Identify strengths, concerns, and potential red flags during interviews and assessments
• Prepare clear and organized interview notes
• Provide hiring managers with hire / no-hire recommendations supported by evidence
• Coordinate next steps with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate information and hiring-stage updates in our ATS
• Provide candidates with a professional and positive recruitment experience
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve interviews, scorecards, assessments, and hiring processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience
• Must be located in Latin America
• C1 English proficiency required, both spoken and written
• Strong experience conducting candidate interviews
• Experience evaluating candidates and making recommendations to hiring managers
• Comfortable reviewing candidate assessments, test projects, or work trials
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Excellent judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and ask effective follow-up questions during interviews
• Comfortable managing multiple candidates and open positions simultaneously
• Experience working remotely and communicating with distributed teams
• Comfortable using ATS platforms, job boards, and recruiting tools

What your week will typically look like:

• Mon-Tue: Back to back interviews all day (30 mins each), full day of calls
• Wed-Thur: Managing paid trials for candidates
• Fri: Admin Day
