The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across the sales organization, from position approval and sourcing through offer acceptance and transition to onboarding. Essential Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offers, pre-employment activities, and transition to onboarding.
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current, anticipated, and difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate the interview and selection process and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers and manage the process through candidate acceptance.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruiting activity and key metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, company policies, and consistent selection practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and the overall candidate experience.


Onboarding, Training & Offboarding Support:

  • Maintain and track new hire onboarding checklists and coordinate outstanding activities with new hires, hiring managers, and appropriate departments.
  • Conduct regular new hire check-ins to monitor onboarding progress and help ensure successful completion of onboarding requirements.
  • Maintain the employee training schedule, track completion, and provide follow-up as needed.
  • Maintain and track employee offboarding checklists and support completion of required offboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with additional Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives as needed.
  • Perform additional duties, tasks, and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple requisitions and sourcing active and passive candidates.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and online recruiting platforms.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with hiring managers and the HR team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting across multiple states and geographic markets.
  • Experience in recruiting sales, field-based, or difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Healthcare, medical devices, distribution, or related industry experience.
  • Experience supporting onboarding and employee training activities.
