Your role in our mission

• Apply quality improvement methodologies and change management principles (IHI, PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma) to support Population Health and Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Support QAPI program activities to advance outcomes, reduce variation, and meet client requirements.
• Collaborate across departments to align and support Population Health strategies.
• Facilitate and monitor cross-functional quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain quality documentation, including policies, procedures, committee minutes, and program materials.
• Support compliance activities related to External Quality Review Organization (EQRO) requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

• 3 to -5 years of healthcare quality improvement experience, preferably supporting Medicaid programs.
• Experience applying performance improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA, and IHI, including supporting process improvement and quality improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of healthcare quality measures, HEDIS, population health, health equity, and performance improvement concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing data, identifying trends, facilitating root cause analysis, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SharePoint. 

What you should expect in this role

• Fully remote options from most US locations and territories.
• May require 10-15% travel for client meetings.
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
