The position oversees the creation, execution, and maintenance of POGs while enforcing controls and assessing inventory impacts. It partners cross-functionally to support projects, ensure timelines are met, and manage updates or removals tied to new store openings, store closures and product lifecycle changes. The role also analyzes ad-hoc reports in Tableau to generate insights and support decision-making. Duties/Responsibilities: Monitor, maintain and respond to call center inquiries, texts and help desk tickets related to planograms (POG) and store inventory. Provide and enforce controls over POG creation and updates and recognize inventory impacts. Build and execute all POGs. Excellent customer service skills. Self-starter, critical thinker, organized, detail orientated and strong time management skills. Ability to analyze data. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
