Description:
The HR Technology Analyst will work with the Technical Delivery Manager (TDM’s), as well as the delivery team to drive technology delivery for the Deloitte Global Talent Acquisition and Mobility systems. This will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Working with IT and external vendors to design and implement HR technology solutions.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that the solutions meet the business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR systems.
- Develop and deliver collateral and training materials for HR system users.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Requirements
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Conduct meetings with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Create detailed functional specifications for system enhancements and new implementations
2. System Design and Implementation:
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to design HR technology solutions that meet business needs
- Participate in system configuration, customization, and integration activities
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance
3. Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide ongoing support for HR systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Work with IT and vendors to address system defects and implement fixes
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
4. Documentation:
- Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides and process flows
- Provide guidance and support to HR users to ensure effective use of the systems
5. Project Management:
- Manage HR technology projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and leadership
6. Data Management and Reporting:
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform HR strategies
Qualifications
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or a similar role
- Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and system design
3. Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
4. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Ability to think critically and strategically to identify opportunities for system improvements
5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
6. Project Management:
- Experience managing HR technology projects from inception to completion
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
7. Adaptability and Continuous Learning:
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technology advancements
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with HR technology trends and best practices
8. Customer Service Orientation:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction
- Ability to provide support and guidance to HR system users
9. Compliance and Data Security:
- Understanding of data security and compliance requirements related to HR systems
- Ability to ensure HR systems comply with relevant regulations and policies
