JOB REQUIREMENTS: Team supports Constellation and GenAI 1P Tooling teams. Both teams create products that support parts of the workflow of getting insights to product teams to make decisions. GenAI 1P Tooling specifically focuses on using AI to solve this, and is a newer team, and Constellation has been around for a while, and has a few products that address this workflow, primarily focused on UXRs. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Year of Experience: 2 - 5 Ability to write scripts for and run methods, with the appropriate level of rigor and create compelling deliverables. UXR should be sufficient for most studies. Research Methods: Usability, RITE, Concept Evaluation, Interview, Literature Reviews, Competitive Analyses. Research Deliverables: Decks/Docs, depending on study needs, including findings and insights, supporting data and quotes.
