Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review Dealer and field support inquiries through internal client ticketing system and provide support based on Program Guidelines.
- Ensure multiple systems and database accuracy through consistent oversight, updates, and enhancements.
- Utilize internal communication channels to effectively communicate Program updates and enhancements to Dealers and field teams.
- Support the implementation of pricing updates and program enhancements.
- Support content accuracy of all PSMP related systems.
- Responsible for the proper usage of, awareness of, and compliance with Information Technology security policies at Porsche Cars North America.
- Additional duties as assigned by PSMP Program Manager and Senior Operations Manager.
- College degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration/ Management, or relevant work experience.
- 2 years prior automotive experience, including OEM aftersales support positions.
- Proficient with PC operations Windows, Adobe and other job-related applications.
- Dealership aftersales departments (service, parts, etc.) experience.
- Proficient with PC operations Windows, Adobe and other job-related applications.
