As a Project Manager, you’ll lead strategic initiatives from kickoff to deployment, balancing customer expectations with internal execution and ensuring every milestone delivers measurable impact.

Location: Mobile Work (Mexico)


What you’ll do
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver software into major retail environments
• Build strong customer relationships as the main contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Support Agile processes and enable smooth development execution
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and invoicing
• Report on status, risks, and financials across stakeholder levels
• Resolve issues, ensure quality, and keep projects on time and on budget

What you bring
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Several years of experience in IT/software projects; retail, restaurant, or POS background is a plus
• Proven track record in managing customer-facing projects, including budgeting and contracts
• Strong communication skills; confident with stakeholders at all levels
• Team-oriented, creative in problem-solving, and adaptable to dynamic environments
• Willing to travel (up to 25%)
