About Arango:

Arango delivers a unified, natively multimodel contextual data platform that powers AI agents, assistants, and applications with the unified, current, and trusted business context needed to reason, decide, and act at scale.

The Arango Contextual Data Platform connects fragmented enterprise data with LLMs, copilots, and AI agents through a simplified architecture delivered out of the box. By combining graph, vector, document, key-value, and search capabilities in a single platform, Arango eliminates the complex stacks many organizations build to operationalize enterprise AI.

Trusted by organizations including NVIDIA, HPE, the London Stock Exchange, PSI CRO, the U.S. Air Force, NIH, Siemens, Transient.AI, Matpriskollen, and Articul8, Arango helps enterprises move from AI pilots to reliable production systems faster while lowering infrastructure complexity and total cost of ownership. Arango is a proud member of the NVIDIA Inception Program and the AWS ISV Accelerate Program. Learn more at arango.ai, LinkedIn, and G2.

About the Role:

As part of pursuing FedRAMP High authorization for our product portfolio, we are looking for a senior program manager to own the operationalization of controls and the continuous improvement of processes inside our growing product delivery organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and operationalize controls for various compliance frameworks, including SOC 2 and FedRAMP.
  • Help managers and team leads to continuously improve the way they are building and delivering our products.
  • Support cross-team projects across the entire lifecycle from planning to implementation.
  • Own and evolve our central workflow management system.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, support improvement initiatives, and report on results.

Must-Have Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in the software industry, including at least three years in program, project, or engineering management roles.
  • Proven track record of shipping software within strictly regulated domains requiring routine management of controls, sign-offs, and compliance audit trails.
  • A record of introducing process change across several teams and showing that it was adopted, using Lean, Kanban, flow metrics or similar.
  • Program and project management across teams with competing priorities: planning, dependency management, follow-through.
  • Experience coaching managers and team leads.
  • Ability to turn a written requirement into a working process, a tool configuration and an evidence trail.
  • An engineering background and credibility with engineers, including working knowledge of CI/CD, code review and release practices.

What Makes Arango Special?

Our mission is to help organizations build AI systems that can reason, decide and act based on unified, current, and trusted business context at scale. We are helping define a new category of infrastructure: the contextual data layer for AI.

Working at Arango means:

  • Contributing to cutting-edge AI and data infrastructure

If you're excited about the intersection of AI, data, and social media, we’d love to hear from you.
