Project Manager - AI & Marketing Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead an international AI transformation project supporting local marketing teams in bringing new products to market.

The project focuses on developing an AI-powered solution that will support activities such as content transcreation, adaptation to local market formats, and regulatory and legal checks. The role combines project management, change management, AI, marketing and international stakeholder collaboration.

You will lead the project from planning and MVP implementation through testing with selected markets, further development and preparation for global deployment.

You will

• Lead the project end-to-end, from planning and coordination through MVP testing and deployment preparation.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and changing scope.
• Lead a multicultural and cross-functional team without direct line management responsibility.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and external suppliers.
• Work in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment, adapting the project approach to its needs.
• Define and maintain key project documentation, plans and project management artefacts.
• Monitor progress, anticipate potential risks and ensure activities are completed on time.
• Coordinate the MVP testing phase across selected international markets.
• Capture market processes and requirements that may impact the development of the AI solution.
• Support change management activities connected with the project.
• Prepare regular project status updates, reports and key information for stakeholders.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and contribute to key decision-making forums.
• Support markets in preparing for the future deployment of the final solution.
• Act as a trusted project management partner for stakeholders, proactively identifying challenges and proposing solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in international or complex transformation projects.
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies or in a hybrid project environment.
• Experience with marketing-related projects and/or global initiatives.
• Experience in AI or technology-related projects will be an advantage.
• Experience in change management and implementing projects across multiple markets or locations.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to work with changing priorities and incomplete information.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and confidence in using AI tools.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex tasks.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and a willingness to challenge existing ways of working.
• Confidence in leading remote, multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to drive projects forward even when the scope, priorities or available information change.
• A strong focus on delivering measurable business impact.
