Project Management Trainer

Position Summary 

The Project Management Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs covering project management methodologies, project planning, risk management, Agile practices, Scrum frameworks, and project management software. The trainer equips participants with practical skills to successfully manage projects throughout the project lifecycle. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver project management training for individuals and teams. 

• Facilitate courses covering project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. 

• Teach Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies. 

• Conduct training on project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. 

• Deliver training sessions in both in-person and virtual formats, selecting the most effective delivery method based on course objectives and audience needs. 

• Facilitate virtual training using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or other approved online collaboration platforms. 

• Deliver instruction on Microsoft Project and related project management tools. 

• Develop project management simulations, exercises, and case studies. 

• Support PMP, Agile, and Scrum certification preparation. 

• Evaluate participant performance and provide coaching. 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field. 

• Minimum 3 years of project management and training experience. 

• Experience managing complex projects and programs. 

• Ability to deliver training in both classroom and virtual environments. 

• Experience using virtual training platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar technologies. 

• Flexibility to adapt training delivery methods based on course content, audience requirements, and organizational needs. 

• Experience with SAFe Agile Desired 

• Strong knowledge of traditional and Agile methodologies. 

• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
