Job Summary

As a Technical Program Manager you will lead strategic initiatives that shape the future of secure cloud solutions used by enterprises worldwide. In this role you’ll orchestrate cross-functional teams, influence technology decisions, and deliver end-to-end innovative products that protect critical data and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities 

  • Program Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale cloud security initiatives, from concept through release, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met. 
  • Quarterly PI Planning: Drive quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, aligning engineering, product, and business priorities across global teams. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Security, and Operations teams across global locations to align priorities and dependencies. 
  • Strategic Planning: Define program roadmaps, success metrics, and execution strategies that support organizational goals and customer needs. 
  • Governance & Reporting: Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, and provide transparent status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. 
  • Risk Management: Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and drive resolution of critical issues to maintain program health. 
  • Process Optimization: Champion Agile with best practices, continuous improvement, and scalable processes for distributed teams. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for program communication, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels. 
  • Global Coordination: Work overlapping hours with US and EMEA teams to ensure seamless communication and execution. 
  • Innovation Enablement: Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within engineering teams. 

    Qualifications 
  • Experience: 5+ years of technical program management experience in software development, preferably in cloud security or SaaS environments. 
  • Technical Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), security principles, and software development lifecycle. 
  • Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile/Scrum, SAFe, and modern program management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). 
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to influence without authority, manage ambiguity, and drive consensus across diverse teams. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present executive leadership. 
  • Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) preferred.
  • Global Exposure: Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
