In this role, you will work closely with clients, architects, consultants, and project teams to develop and optimize ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, ensuring scalable and high-quality solutions that deliver business value.

As a ServiceNow ITOM Developer, you will play a key role in delivering and enhancing ServiceNow IT Operations Management solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for configuring, developing, and supporting ITOM capabilities while ensuring alignment with platform best practices and customer requirements.
You will work as part of multidisciplinary delivery teams to implement scalable solutions across Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, Cloud Management, and Automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Health Log Analytics, and CMDB capabilities.
Develop workflows, integrations, automation solutions, and custom applications using ServiceNow best practices.
Support CMDB and CSDM adoption through data modeling, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Consultants, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in technical design workshops, code reviews, and deployment activities.
Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow practice.
Stay current with new ServiceNow releases, ITOM capabilities, and emerging technologies related to Autonomous IT and AIOps.
2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), including:
Discovery
Service Mapping
Event Management
CMDB
CSDM
Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform using:
JavaScript
Business Rules
Script Includes
Flow Designer
IntegrationHub
UI Policies
Client Scripts
Experience working with REST and SOAP integrations.
Good understanding of infrastructure technologies including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
Familiarity with AIOps, observability, monitoring, and automation solutions is considered an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in international and cross-functional teams.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM (CIS-ITOM), or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Nice to Have
Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with ITSM and ITAM modules.
Knowledge of ServiceNow DevOps processes and CI/CD practices.
Exposure to ServiceNow AI, AIOps, or Autonomous IT capabilities.
