The Program Delivery Lead serves as a key partner to the VP of Commercial & Government Specialty, AD, Strategy Advancement and senior leadership team, driving strategic alignment, executive communication, division operations, event support and business planning. This role blends high level strategic advisory with hands on execution, ensuring leadership is equipped with clear insights, compelling materials, and coordinated plans to effectively run and grow the business. This role will lead the strategic design and narrative direction of Commercial & Government Specialty ensuring all programs align with organizational priorities and business goals.
This role leads the development of executive materials including board presentations, strategy memos, and business reviews, while providing actionable insights through analysis of business performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence. Additionally, the Program Delivery Lead supports divisional meetings and events, facilitates cross functional collaboration, and serves as a trusted advisor to leadership to enable informed decision making and execution of key priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Communications & Leadership Support
- Lead the development of executive level communications and materials for the VP of Commercial & Government Specialty in coordination with the AD, Strategy Advancement and senior leaders, including Board presentations, Strategy memos, Weekly Updates, Monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBR/MOR), Executive briefings and rapid response materials
- Ensure all content is clear, concise, and aligned to enterprise strategy and messaging.
- Anticipate leadership needs and proactively prepare insights and materials for key discussions.
- Provide perspective on risks, opportunities, and strategic choices to inform leadership decision making.
- Drive organizational execution and accountability through effective business cadence management, including agenda development, follow up tracking, action planning, and facilitation of divisional, leadership, and offsite meetings to ensure alignment and decision making.
- Act as a central coordination point to align priorities, messaging, and deliverables.
- Prepare tailored materials and insights for a variety of leadership audiences and forums.
- Coordinate business readiness efforts, ensuring stakeholders are informed, aligned, and equipped to execute against evolving priorities
- Strategic Planning & Initiative Management – Government & Commercial Specialty
- Partner with business management and strategy teams to coordinate:
- Annual planning cycles
- Goal setting and performance alignment
- Strategic review processes
- Track and monitor progress against KPIs, key strategic initiatives, identifying risks and ensuring accountability.
- Deliver regular updates and report to leadership on initiative status and outcomes.
- Use business intelligence and reporting tools to monitor, analyze and communicate performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead cross-functional business initiatives by coordinating execution across key partners (e.g., Network, Delivery COE, Underwriting, Finance, Compliance, HR, and Actuarial), ensuring deliverables align with strategic priorities, operational objectives, and timelines.
- Division Operations & Event Support
- Support planning and execution of divisional events, leadership meetings, and offsites.
- Coordinate logistics with executive assistants and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and clear communication.
- Serve as the business side counterpart to the event operations team, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless execution of events and programs.
- Prepare materials and messaging to support effective leadership forums.
- Work closely with executives, cross-functional partners, and content owners to craft compelling presentations and guide speakers in delivering clear, impactful messages.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Coordination across Government & Commercial Specialty.
- Facilitate strong relationships between business leaders and key partners.
- Act as a central coordination point to align priorities, messaging, and deliverables.
- Prepare tailored materials and insights for a variety of leadership audiences and forums.
- Coordinate business readiness efforts, ensuring stakeholders are informed, aligned, and equipped to execute against evolving priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Relevant experience
- 6+ Years experience in Executive Communication, Operations and Event Planning
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong relationship building skills
- Travel Necessary based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- PMP certification a plus
- Six Sigma Certification also a plus
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and translate insights into actionable content recommendations.
- Proven success partnering with senior leaders and subject matter experts to develop high impact presentations and messaging.
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to guide teams toward clear objectives and cohesive content.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with event operations team to translate business goals into successful event experiences, including agenda development, logistics coordination, stakeholder management and execution oversight (including venue selection, planning, budget management, etc)
- Experience designing content, agendas, and strategic narratives.
- Ability to influence without authority and lead cross‑functional teams.
- Experience identifying, developing, and coaching speakers or content owners.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information through compelling visuals and concise messaging tailored to leadership audiences.
- Experience developing and utilizing interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with significant latitude in determining objectives and approaches

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,200 - $158,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
