    • Translate findings into documented use cases, workflow maps, solution recommendations, assumptions, dependencies, and measurable success criteria.
    • Evaluate fit across SSI solutions with Product Managers, Solution Managers, and technical teams; identify capability gaps, integration requirements, and opportunities to improve or expand client adoption.
  • Product alignment and field insights
    • Stay current with assigned product solution releases, new capabilities, supported workflows, limitations, and integration requirements; review and understand solution roadmaps, release plans, and approved messaging.
    • Capture recurring client needs, objections, competitive findings, and win or loss insights; provide structured recommendations to Product Managers for evaluation and prioritization.

    • Own and maintain approved demonstration scenarios, solution playbooks, discovery guides, workflow diagrams, and capability references; update them as solution releases introduce changes.
    • Maintain competitive intelligence and battle cards with Product Managers and Marketing, including competitor capabilities, differentiators, fit criteria, discovery questions, objection handling, and validated evidence; refresh them as market findings and SSI capabilities change.
    • Create and tailor PowerPoint presentations, when applicable, for prospect and client discussions, executive briefings, demonstrations, sales enablement, and product launches.
    • Work with Marketing to identify needed solution materials and assist with their creation; maintain and update sales literature, training decks, presentations, collateral, case studies, and launch content to reflect approved capabilities and positioning.
    • Train Sales and client-facing teams on solution fit, discovery questions, value messaging, workflow dependencies, and newly released capabilities.
  • Client alignment and delivery handoff
    • Coordinate solution validation with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Client Success when the opportunity requires deeper workflow or technical review.
    • Provide a documented handoff of agreed workflows, solution scope, client expectations, assumptions, dependencies, and unresolved items to support implementation planning.
