Product Owner (OmniAnalyst)PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Product Owner plays a key role in building our next-generation, AI-forward data analytics platform, a tool designed to put trusted, actionable insights into the hands of the people who need them faster than ever before. Partnering closely with the Product Manager, this role translates business needs and product priorities into detailed, actionable requirements and execution plans, refines and manages the product backlog, and ensures delivery drives meaningful business outcomes. The Product Owner may execute delegated Product Manager activities when capacity or capability constraints exist. This role is central to validating delivered functionality, tracking adoption and outcomes, and shaping how AI capabilities such as natural-language querying, automated insight generation, and intelligent recommendations come to life for users across the enterprise.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Equivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and relevant work experience will be considered.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is ($100k-$130k). A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
