AI Summary

The Product Manager will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the connectivity and DDoS protection portfolio. They are responsible for defining product requirements, managing pricing and packaging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and revenue.

About EdgeUno

EdgeUno is a US-based technology infrastructure company headquartered in Miami, with a strong operational presence across Latin America, including Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, and Ecuador. We enable digital businesses to scale with high performance and reliability by providing connectivity, IP Transit, private networks, data centers, bare metal, and cloud solutions to ISPs, hyperscalers, content providers, and global technology companies.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to own EdgeUno's connectivity and network security portfolio, with a primary focus on DDoS Protection and the connectivity products it is built on: IP Transit, Wave, and Ethernet Private Line.

This person turns a strong network and a strategic partnership into products that ISPs, carriers, CDNs, gaming companies, content owners, and hyperscalers
can easily buy, activate, and trust. The role sits between customers, Sales, Network Engineering, NOC/SOC, Finance, and technology partners, and is accountable for adoption, attach rate, and revenue of the products it owns.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DDoS Protection and the connectivity portfolio (IP Transit, Wave, Ethernet Private Line).
  • Define target segments (ISPs, carriers, content providers, gaming, enterprises) and the value proposition for each.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, revenue potential, and operational feasibility.

Market and Customer Insight

  • Monitor the DDoS threat landscape and connectivity market trends in Latin America.
  • Run competitive analysis against regional carriers, global transit providers, and cloud-based scrubbing services.
  • Gather customer feedback through Sales, Support, and direct customer conversations, and translate it into product requirements.

Packaging, Pricing, and Go-to-Market

  • Define product tiers, packaging, and pricing, including bundling DDoS Protection with IP Transit.
  • Build business cases and track margin, considering partner costs and network capacity.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on launches, sales enablement, battlecards, datasheets, and customer-facing materials.
  • Support pre-sales on strategic deals as the product expert.

Delivery and Cross-Functional Execution

  • Write clear product requirements and work with Network Engineering, NOC/SOC, and Cloud teams to deliver them.
  • Define onboarding and activation flows, including turn-up alongside IP Transit, mitigation policies, and customer portal visibility.
  • Align with Finance and Operations on billing, SLAs, and service definitions.

Partner Management

  • Act as the main product owner for technology partners that support the portfolio
  • Coordinate roadmap alignment, phased rollout across the customer base, and joint go-to-market activities.

Performance and Lifecycle Management

  • Define and track product KPIs: adoption, attach rate to IP Transit, revenue, margin, churn, mitigation SLA performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Report product performance to leadership and adjust the roadmap based on results.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from launch to improvement and retirement.

Required Qualifications

  • English B2+
  • 5+ years total, including at least 3 in product management
    owning a B2B network/security product end-to-end (roadmap, pricing, launch).
  • Solid understanding of IP networking: BGP, IP Transit, peering, routing, IPv4/IPv6, and how ISPs and carriers operate.
  • Working knowledge of DDoS attack types (volumetric, protocol, and application layer) and mitigation approaches (scrubbing, blackholing, flowspec, always-on vs on-demand).
  • Proven experience defining pricing, packaging, and business cases for B2B infrastructure or SaaS products.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Engineering to launch products and drive adoption.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strongly preferred: hands-on experience with DDoS mitigation products and services (scrubbing, flowspec, always-on vs on-demand), as we are launching now and cannot afford a long ramp-up.
    • Experience at an ISP, carrier, transit provider, or data center operator in Latin America.
    • Experience managing technology partnerships or reseller/managed service models.
    • Familiarity with NOC/SOC workflows, SLAs, and customer portals.
