You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Supplier Management area, defining the roadmap and strategy to integrate AI into procurement workflows. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver features that solve complex B2B business problems and measure their real-world impact.
Build smarter procurement with AI at Precoro
Precoro is an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform that helps companies automate procurement, reduce manual work, and make better purchasing decisions. We work with 1,000+ customers across 80+ countries, helping businesses make their procurement processes more efficient and transparent.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve our Supplier Management product area — from supplier discovery and evaluation to contract management and automated purchasing.
Imagine helping businesses move from manually comparing suppliers, checking their reliability, and managing contracts to a smarter workflow where AI helps them find the right suppliers and automate routine decisions.
That’s the kind of experience we want to build.
AI-powered product development. Explore how AI can help businesses identify the best suppliers, make smarter purchasing decisions, and automate routine workflows.
End-to-end ownership. Take ideas from discovery and customer research to delivery, launch, and measuring real-world impact.
A complex B2B SaaS product. Solve meaningful business problems involving supplier data, purchasing workflows, integrations, and automation.
Real customer impact. Your decisions will shape how companies manage supplier relationships and make purchasing decisions.
Room to experiment. Challenge existing approaches, validate hypotheses, and turn promising ideas into features customers actually use.
Own the Supplier Management product area end-to-end
Define the product direction, roadmap, and priorities for your area.
Discover customer needs through interviews, feedback, market research, and data analysis.
Turn business problems into clear product requirements and actionable solutions.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and other teams to deliver valuable features.
Measure feature adoption and business impact after launch, learn from the results, and iterate.
Build smarter supplier workflows
Your product area includes several exciting directions:
AI-driven supplier recommendations: help customers identify the most suitable suppliers for their purchasing needs.
Supplier catalog and reliability: make it easier to discover, evaluate, compare, and select suppliers.
Contract management: improve how businesses manage supplier contracts and related workflows.
Supplier integrations and PunchOut marketplaces: connect Precoro with external supplier catalogs and purchasing systems.
Purchase order automation: reduce manual work and make interactions with suppliers more seamless.
You won’t simply manage a backlog. You’ll understand the problem, challenge assumptions, decide what matters most, and help the team deliver solutions that create measurable value.
3+ years of Product Management experience in a product company; 5+ years would be a strong advantage.
Experience working with B2B SaaS products and an understanding of how B2B purchasing decisions, workflows, and customer needs differ from B2C.
A track record of launching substantial features end-to-end — from discovery, research, and planning to delivery, adoption analysis, and post-launch improvements.
Strong product thinking: you can identify the underlying business problem rather than simply implement a requested feature.
Confidence in prioritizing competing needs, making independent decisions, and navigating ambiguity.
A data-informed approach to product decisions, including defining success metrics and evaluating feature performance.
English at B1+ level, preferably B2, with the ability to communicate with customers and external supplier representatives.
Experience building or improving AI-powered product features.
Familiarity with procurement, supplier management, marketplaces, or contract management.
Experience with third-party integrations or complex B2B workflows.
Experience using AI tools in your everyday product work.
You don’t need to be an AI expert to apply. We’re looking for a strong Product Manager who is curious about AI, eager to learn, and able to turn emerging technology into practical customer value.
Trust and ownership: no micromanagement — we value initiative and independent decision-making.
Learning and development: reimbursement for professional courses, lectures, and other learning opportunities.
Flexible working hours: we focus on results, not the number of hours spent at your desk.
Time off: 26 days off annually — 15 vacation days plus 11 public holidays.
Health and well-being: medical insurance and unlimited sick leave without requiring a medical certificate.
A supportive team: work with people who value open communication, thoughtful decisions, and continuous improvement.
