Product Manager

Now we are looking for a Product Manager to lead a dedicated B2B Feature Team within our flagship KYC product, driving complex client requests, APIs, and core platform capabilities. This role is an exciting opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of high-impact technical features, bridge deep system analysis with product execution, and directly shape the compliance experience for thousands of global enterprise clients.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Leading a dedicated Feature Team focused on client-driven requests and core B2B capabilities.

• Owning and driving multiple technical initiatives simultaneously within our flagship KYC product.

• Combining project management with business and system analysis to translate complex client needs into structured specs and clear product roadmaps.

• Balancing requirements, priorities, and timelines across multiple stakeholders, engineering teams, and client requests. Shaping, maintaining, and synchronizing release plans for complex, high-load B2B features.

• Working closely with development, QA, analytics, and architecture teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.

• Turning operational insights, client feedback, and support escalations into actionable project tasks.

• Proactively identifying, tracking, and resolving cross-system dependencies, technical risks, and blockers.

• Ensuring operational transparency, alignment, and predictable delivery across all active features.

About You:

• 3+ years of experience in Product/Project Management or Business/System Analysis within complex B2B tech environments.

• Hands-on experience with technical B2B integrations and features (APIs, webhooks, dashboards, data logging) rather than pure B2C/design-heavy products.

• Proven ability to perform impact analysis, design system interaction logic, and make firm, decisive choices when prioritizing competing tasks.

• Strong business and system analysis mindset: ability to dig deep into technical details and clarify underspecified requirements.

• Confidence in managing stakeholders and navigating complex dependencies without losing focus on delivery.

• Practical agile mindset: keeping delivery under control and ceremonies efficient without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Extra points if you :

• Have a technical background (degree in CS, former system analyst, or engineer).

• Bring direct experience from KYC, FinTech, compliance, fraud prevention, or identity verification domains.

• Have worked with complex, fast-scaling B2B SaaS platforms.

• Are comfortable working with distributed, international teams.
