Product Designer

About the Role

This is a founding product designer role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company building AI-native software to automate operations for field service businesses. You will own design end-to-end, shaping complex workflows into beautiful, intuitive experiences that real businesses rely on every day. It is a high-impact, high-ownership position at the heart of a fast-moving team.

What You'll Do

• Design and ship intuitive interfaces for a feature-rich B2B platform covering scheduling, customer service, sales, invoicing, and more.

• Prototype rapidly using Figma, AI-assisted tools, and code to validate ideas and move quickly from concept to production.

• Jump into the codebase alongside engineers when needed, using your technical fluency to close the gap between design and implementation.

• Conduct customer interviews and stay close to user needs to inform design decisions.

• Contribute across design wherever the business needs it, from core product flows to marketing and onboarding surfaces.

• Simplify complex, multi-feature interfaces into experiences that feel effortless for non-technical users.

What We're Looking For

• 3 or more years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI/UX work.

• Hands-on experience at an early-stage startup, ideally working on 0-to-1 products.

• Proven ability to design complex B2B products with large feature sets and make them feel simple.

• Technical fluency: comfortable writing code or prototyping in AI tools such as Lovable or Cursor; familiarity with React and TypeScript is a strong plus.

• Proficiency with Figma for rapid UI design and prototyping.

• Track record of building and shipping projects, not just design concepts.

• Experience conducting customer interviews and translating findings into design decisions.

• Low ego, high ownership mindset with a love of moving fast alongside an intense, ambitious team.

• Stable work history with tenures of around 18 months or more, or a clear explanation for any shorter stints.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $100,000 to $180,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

Fully remote. Candidates based in Europe are strongly preferred, with US East Coast time zones also welcome. The primary location context is Denmark, though candidates across Europe are encouraged to apply.
