Procurement Systems Analyst

We are now looking for a Procurement Systems Administrator to manage the day to day operations of our Procurement Systems, such as our Vendor Onboarding Tool, ProcessUnity. Your task will be to ensure workflows are progressing accordingly in accordance with the established requirements. No prior knowledge of ProcessUnity is required, all will be taught during the onboarding phase. However, knowledge of purchasing/procurement tasks, supplier lifecycle, workflows and ways of working will be considered a plus.

One of your main tasks will be to perform sanction & adverse media screening analysis, which consists in checking whether or not the vendor in question has any positive/possible hits (training will be provided on the role). Desired experience with sanction revision and risk management. Analytical and compliance skills are a benefit for these tasks.

As a System Administrator you will be the first point of contact on support related issues. You may be required to provide training and create training materials for the Wolt user base. In the short term of this role, the target is to become proficient and work on the operational tasks related to Vendor Onboarding as well as other Procurement Systems. However, in the long-term, the Systems Administrator will be able to assist in new connections, selection and implementation of different systems in the Wolt ecosystem.

As a person you are comfortable with contacting people across the organization to request their input, send reminders and ensure a good flow of information. You are able to work remotely with teams across the world, therefore good communication skills are a must.

What you’ll be doing

• Submit/validate vendor requests
• Keep track of multiple requests and ensure they are being pushed forward
• Provide insight to improve system efficiency
• Provide end user training as needed
• Perform sanction & adverse media screening analysis and escalation when required
• Provide first level of support for vendor onboarding
• Ensure the overall functionality of the vendor onboarding tool

Requirements

• basics of programming (able to perform conditional statements, read VBA code or advanced Excel Formulas, generate own code)
• ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different countries and areas

• flexible - readily adapts to change and new systems and methods.
• excellent communication and remote collaboration skills
• Screening and compliance experience (bonus)
