The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), State Procurement Office (SPO) is seeking a dedicated EPS Procurement Manager to strengthen our limited delegation and small agency support program. This pivotal role is instrumental in uplifting SPO’s mission by providing comprehensive oversight, strategic planning, and hands-on guidance for the limited delegation and small agencies within the State.
As a Subject Matter Expert, you will spearhead single agency solicitations, serve as a primary point of contact, and in certain instances, act as the Procurement Officer for smaller agencies. Your responsibilities include providing essential training and mentorship to limited delegation agencies' personnel, meticulously monitoring processes to ensure compliance, and leading the full lifecycle of solicitations—from development and management to contract administration.
